What if ? yeaah right

Technology is a cycle of changes of what we breed and live for our entire life, we have seen changes all over the world. from big huge bulky TV to slim almost-impossible-to-measure TV screen. It's a cycle that we cannot control. But imagine if the world doesn’t have technology. Imagine if we end up living in the year 2012 and STILL doesn’t have electricity. Imagine that Thomas Edison is a bunch of lazy people that didn’t want to change the world. Even from our own experience, when there is a black-out here in our beloved College, we end up cheering and say “YES! NADA BELAJAR!”.

I do have a theory of what could happen if the world didn’t have technology. Needless to say, we will have a colder world. “EARTH HOUR” will occur every single day :D and we of course will never cheer “YES! NDA BELAJAR!”. That will probably happen because without technology people may never communicate with one another, people will never know what happen around the world, people may never know there are another population in another part of the world, people may even didn’t have any idea that the earth is a slight round and have many countries and trillions of population across the nation.

We might do our exams by craving answers and questions on a stone. How about assignments? As you can imagine, that if there is no technology and we are the ones who responsible by doing so, then we might have a problem. Technology occurs by the will and power of a human enthusiasm. That might not be the best solution but it’s the best description of what technology brings and what technology is. Sometime, people may get off with their heads and end up killing the earth.
It’s up to us being human enough to possibly think and do what’s best for us. If there is no technology, there will never be internet. Funny fact about this is for about 10 years ago, we didn’t have any problem of having slow internet connection, 90s kids will remember this “truuuuut…….titititiitt…trrruuuutt” – that is the moment that you know that you are having a connection and you can’t wait to have a chat in m(IRC). That is when you get excited. We all know where this thing goes.
My point is, now… when we having a slow connection, we tend to blame our laptop and press the “Troubleshoot” button over and over again. I don’t remember of having one “Troubleshoot” button in my early days.
